Posting up for an indefinite amount of time in Venice, this pop-up from a dude who used to work the line at San Fran's stellar Flour & Water will serve "nostalgic American cuisine", which, to them, means a revolving menu of nutsoness like garlic-oyster stew w/ bronze fennel; charred allium flowers w/ tofu & smoked dashi; and Jimenez lamb w/ parsnip, ash, and hay, dude.
