A quick wake-me-up

For this series of three special events, Irving Street fills up guests with samplings from their Southern-spun brunch menu, then turns things over to members of the Oregon Bartenders Guild, who teach nascent home mixologists the art of potent special-occasion cocktails. The first class will focus on holiday concoctions like the Bols Hot Cocoa and the Wassail Welcome Punch, also what you'll greet carolers with if they've got the bols to ask you for cocoa.
